Returns

 

RETURNS:  We want you to be happy with your Finders Keepers purchase, however we realize that sometimes things happen...please read our return policy below to ensure that if you have purchased an item from us in which we have made an error, the approved return goes as smoothly as possible.

It is our policy to only accept returns for item/s that are not as described in our listing, if you are sent the wrong item, or the item is in some way not as described, you can report the problem to us within 3 days of (marked) proof of delivery.   Once you report a problem with your purchase, we will ask you to upload photos and offer details of the issues are with your item. If we can verify we made an error in some way, we will assist you in returning the item to the us and offer a refund.  A refund & return shipping will only be issued if we have made an error.  

We will not issue refunds for fit or color, we will only issue a refund if we have made an error in disclosing a flaw with your recently purchased item (within 3 days of marked receipt).  

To avoid a problem with your sale, we will  be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating listings. We encourage each customer to review the listing photos, description and item condition, and if you have any questions, please email or call us to ask for additional details, measurements or photos to ensure you feel comfortable with your purchase.

Please keep all of the necessary receipt/s & or return email approval for your item/s until we have completely resolved the approved return.

We are a seller of pre-owned goods & do not "warranty" items, if you have questions or concerns about an item/s, you must contact the manufacturer of the individual product directly.

RETURN, NOT APPROVED:  Please note, that if you ship a return WITHOUT prior written approval from Finders Keepers, we will not refund your money for the item nor the shipping, and you will be forfeiting your item to us as we will not pay for return shipping.

PAYMENT:  If your return is approved, your money will be refunded using the same form of payment that was used to make the purchase.  If for some reason we cannot issue your refund through the same form of payment, we will issue a business check through Finders Keepers, LLC.  

SHIPPING:  Shipping of your item/s is your responsibility, Finders Keepers is not responsible for shipping costs for any reason, other than if we made an error and you have rec'd an email of return approval from us.

If you are returning an item that has been approved for return by Finders Keepers, you must ship the exact item you rec'd with the tags still attached, with no additional wear or damage.  The item should be packaged & sent back to us with care, so it arrives in the same condition to us that it was sent.

CONDITION:  The item that is being returned must be in the exact same condition is was sent, to include any pieces or parts (i.e. any attachments, belts, or straps).
