PAYMENT: We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
Your package will not be shipped until your payment has been received in full.
Please keep all your receipts as proof of purchase until you have received your package.
SHIPPING: We ship our items via the USPS (United States Postal Service). Packages will have a tracking number, which we will disclose to you once your item has shipped. We process orders within 24-48 hours, once paid, on a daily basis Monday - Saturday. If for any reason your package is expected to be delayed, we will advise you by email.
In order to keep shipping costs as low we use some recycled shipping supplies, and attempt to use the smallest shipping packaging that will comfortably accommodate your purchase.
SHIPPING CLAIMS: We will not be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen once the package has left our store, however, your item will generally have insurance through the USPS. If any damage happens once it has left our store, your claim should be presented directly to USPS with the tracking information provided to you on/in your package and or on your email sent upon initial purchase.
